Description
A stunning pair of gilt bronze French candlesticks, c.1900.Each candlestick sits upon a tripod base formed of three lions stood upon ball feet with their tails entwined around a stem chased with vines and leaves, topped with a circle of ram head masks.
There are some light signs of wear commensurate with age but generally both candlesticks remains in a very good condition throughout.
A striking set.
