A charming rosewood box, c.1860, with later hand-painted decoration in the Sheraton Revival taste, likely dating to the early 20th century.The decoration is very well done and depicts musical instruments with flowers and central miniature of a courting couple. The box itself remains in a generally good condition throughout.
