Antique Victorian Black Forest Boar’s Head Inkwell

Description
A striking Black Forest boar’s head inkwell dating to around 1880. The inkwell is in great condition with only one very minor loss which can be seen in the final photo. The original glass eyes are clear and bright, and the original tusks are still present. The brass hinge works as it should with no play. The white liner is a new replacement which finishes off the inkwell nicely. The inkwell is 12.0 cm in length, has a maximum width of 6.7 cm, and stands 6.7 cm high.If you have any questions, please get in touch.
