Description

This is a Gilt Metal 19th Century Paper Clip of a semi-naked man with his finger placed across his lips (Christ in a loin cloth ?) The Paper Clip has fine engraved decoration on the base below of a woman handing down a letter to a naked cherub.

The Paper Clip is 141mm long x 56mm max width.

The Paper Clip is in good condition with wear to the gilt showing the copper base.
