19th Century Still Life Oil Painting on Canvas depicting an urn filled arrangement of flowers on marble base. Possibly Italian School, this well executed painting depicts Parrot Tulips, Roses and other flora. Dating from the mid 19th Century or earlier, this is a very pretty subject. The canvas has dulled with age and would benefit from a clean. However, there are no holes or rips in the canvas. The back is original with no sign of relining. I cannot find a signature apart from an old label titled Flower Piece and the name Lloyd. The gilt gesso frame appears to be original to the painting.
