Circa 1750. A rare late George II Scottish mahogany circular occasional table, the top with wonderful flame mahogany, supported on a stylish dove tail box base with a removable pin, the top can revolve, resting on a classic bulbous stem issuing three hipped cabriole legs with foliate carving to the underside including flower heads and leaves and finishing on an extended pad foot with a slight raise on the top.74cm High, 90cm Dia.
