Circa 1900 An unusual stylish (EMNS) electro-plated nickel silver, parrot cage decanter holder or Tantalus, the cage with a simple lifting handle top with a pair of hinged doors, inside the glass decanter in the form of a glass parrot with a hinged silver-plated head with glass eyes and the markers mark on the neck, also a set of 8 glasses contained in circular apertures, the cage has a flared base.48cm High x 30cm Diameter
