Circa 1970s. A quality set of 6 solid oak chairs by ‘Lizardman’, consisting of 4 side chairs and a pair of arms. Each with a simple top rail with a finely carved lattice back in solid oak, the tops of the uprights are peg jointed as are all the joints. The shaped arms are supported on rectangular uprights with chamfering on the inside, the chairs retain their original leather drop-in seats, and back legs are square and slightly out swept, front legs are faceted and tapering, finishing on a square foot, all of the legs are braced by conforming stretchers.
