Circa 1880. Rare set of eight hand tinted framed engravings The Cottar’s Saturday Night by John Faed RSA. The prints depict scenes from Robert Burns works of a Cottar (farm worker) returning to his family on a Saturday night. All in perfect condition, with the engravings by different engravers including William Miller, W Richardson, R C Bell. All in quality frames made by noted Edinburgh picture framer Charles Marr.Frame size – 58cm W, 47cm H
