Circa 1815. Impressive Regency giltwood overmantel mirror in excellent original condition. Surmounted by open scrolled giltwood pediment with C scroll, acanthus, bellflower and athenium decorations with original gilding. The corners with palmette and acanthus decorations. The cushion sides with gilded foliate decoration around narrow peripheral mirrors with beaded mouldings. The central original mirror plate in excellent condition. Exhibition quality.193 cm tall 128 cm wide, 15 cm deep
