Circa 1900, small tabletop white marble bust of a gentleman. In a classic simple pose, with some hairline cracks to the side and back the name Milton is engraved to the back, indicating it could have been made in the likeness of writer, John Milton. There are no further names or markings, and the bust stands on a circular column with a flared base.Size 37 cm high x 20 cm wide
