A 19th century Music Box by the renowned maker Nicole Freres. This is one of their earlier music boxes, not to be confused with more mass produced later examples. It has recently had a professional overhaul and comes complete with the original key, both the bed plate and comb are stamped Nicole Freres and the movement is in excellent condition playing with a good sweet sound.
