Description

A superb quality G Plan Fresco Teak sideboard, commonly referred to as the “Long John” owing to its whopping 7ft length. Designed by Victor Wilkins, this is a substantial piece of furniture that can single handedly transform the look and feel of an entire room, with its iconic recessed handles, framed door panels and attractively contoured legs.

Features four central drawers, the top one being lined and containing four removable cutlery dividers. These are flanked by two large double door cupboards, each with a single adjustable height internal shelf. The whole cabinet is raised on tapered legs joined by elegantly shaped stretchers. Excellent vintage quality, lovely and clean overall with some surface wear (see images).
