A lovely Arts & Crafts hand painted Intarsio wall plate by Frederick Rhead for Foley Wileman & Co.Wonderful vibrant sunflower design, 3067, reg design no. 330399. Very good condition, no chips or cracks, just some very light surface wear commensurate with age (see images).
