Art Deco Flapper Necklace, Secret Compartment, 1920s

Description
Art Deco flapper era necklace with a secret compartment containing a tiny perfume bottle.C 1902s - 1930s.
Stunning arrangement of early plastic (celluloid or bakelite) and carved wood beads.
The beads are individually knotted in maroon silk.
The tear drop shaped secret compartment unscrews to reveal a small glass perfume bottle.
Excellent condition for age.
Listed items are usually available to view at the Red House Antiques Centre in York.
