A delightful vintage chinoiserie black lacquered writing/ladies’ desk. The desk has beautiful polychrome hand-painted detail of traditional Chinese/oriental scenery with a further finely decorated gold gilt finish. The desk has all together 11 drawers all with lovely brass oriental-style drawer pulls. The desk is in very good condition with only a few marks and losses consistent with the age.Date1980s :
