Description

A charming Meissen porcelain sweetmeats or salt dish. Sweetmeats being sweet sugared items, candies or nuts, served after a meal. Made in the mid-Victorian period.
The underglaze cross swords mark can be seen on the base.
There is jut a very minor loss on a flower held by the putti otherwise it is in perfect condition.

It stands 5 inches or 12cms to the top of the head.
