Description
A lovely mochaware pint mug which has been tested and approved by the UK Weights and Measures for use in a Public House, serving pints of beer or ale.It dates to the 1920's / 1930's with the George V stamp by Weights and Measures.
It stands 5 inches tall and is in perfect condition. What looks like a nick to the base in one of the photographs is in fact a manufacturing fault and is glazed over.
This is a good survivor, as these mugs were cheaply made and intended for use in a pub or similar drinking venue.
