Technical Description

A pair of 19th century absinthe glasses. A conical bowl with a small reservoir at the base is decorated with slice and split cuts. An angular knopped stem joins the bowl with a conical foot featuring a star cut base.

Historical Relevance

Hand-blown around the time Edgar Allan Poe's poem ‘Raven’ was first published on the 29th of January 1845.
