A beautiful Queen Anne burr walnut cabinet on chest dating 1710,the base with two small and two large oak lined drawers with burr walnut fronts with a featherstring on the outer edge .With later{but period}engraved plate handles.
Standing on later bunn feet.
The two door cabinet has burr walnut doors with featherstring and burr walnut banding with engraved escutcheons.
The doors open to reveal fourteen interior drawers and a two doors.When the doors ore opened they reveal a false cupboard which pulls out to reveal four hidden drawers,in turn these also pull forward to reveal a space either side for documents and a false floor which when removed you will find three more small secret drawers.
Overall a lovely item with a nice patina.
