Late Victoran Silver Fruit Knife
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1892
With the maker`s mark - J.F, for James Fenton. Great Hampton St.
Birmingham.
A delightful, small sized fruit knife.
The blade opens and closes correctly - snaps at 90 degrees and at closed, but needs a little help to open fully. It was stiff from lack of use, but with a drop of oil, is getting better.
Mother of Pearl facings to both sides, with flower decoration on the front.

Beautiful condition. 131 years old. No undescribed faults.

Closed length:- 51 mms.
Weight:- 8.0 grams.
