An Early 18th Century English Oak Gate Leg Table

Measuring approximately 62 1/4 " fully extended (19" folded down) X 4 feet wide x 29 1/2" in height

A well looked after and much loved heavy and versatile dining table perfect for a Georgian period or cottage farmhouse setting.

The rich, dark, well patinated plank top supported by substantial block and baluster turned legs united by sturdy stretchers. The plain gates pivoting on dowels.
A useful drawer to one end and the initials of a previous owner 'I. F. R' carved into one leg.
