William Verner Longe Race Horse WatercolourWilliam Verner Longe (31 May 1857 - 19 September 1924) was an English painter, best known for his paintings of horses.
This is a study of a racehorse. Signed and dated bottom right '96 (1896). There are ititals to the bucket presumably the owner or stables.
