An early production of one of Aalto’s classic designs. A classic piece of Scandinavian modernism, the Hallway chair was originally made for the Paimio Sanitorium. Bent ply seating rests on the solid birch frame. The chair bears the original Finmar label to the underside indicating that it was produced for the UK market before 1950.

I am selling in original unrestored condition. Any ware is just cosmetic, no splits or chips all joints nice and tight
