Wonderfully stylish example of a cigarettes case with a guilloche and lacquered decoration in two colors. The engine turned engraving is identical on both sides but only the main face is enamelled in two colors. The interior is gilded and has two metal bars to hold the cigarettes. This case could also double as a business card holder perhaps. Very rare find to see in this condition which shows the minimal signs of age.
