A rare and beautifully made Art Deco solid .925 sterling silver miniature desk clock for travel use, pockets/handbags etc. The case is black enamel with linier silvered design. The case slides open with ease and when the case top is slid down the clock itself automatically flips up to display the time. This clock is a rare and wonderful example of quality a vintage timepiece of it's era in both the materials used and it's styling. We've had this piece serviced by a qualified horologist and it's now working very well and keeping good time. Made by the Swiss company Rotary and dating from 1933, the overall condition is very good with just normal expected age related wear. Perfect size for handbags or as a desk piece for the discerning gentleman. Fully serviced and keeping good time.
