Description

Dating to the 1930's this very attractive and rare Art Deco hat pin holder part of the half dolls family is a German in origin. Rare and in excellent condition, I couldn't find any flaws to note, she's free from any damage. Depicts a flapper girl stood on a stylized rock holding flowers one hand and a hole her hand in the other which can be used for another hatpin or often a cocktail umbrella. She's dressed in the fashion of the day with a pale blue coloured slip dress with black accents trim to the collar, hem and waist. Exquisite detailing in the make up with delicate porcelain hands and fingers are amazingly all in tact. Registration number is underneath the base. This model is in size 18cm in height.
