Nearly 70 years old comes to you is this fabulous gentleman's 10k gold filled manual wrist watch made by the US watch company Elgin. This fine example was made in 1954 and still bears the influence of the Art Deco style. This example has Just been serviced with new mainspring and strap, running very well and keeping great time. In superb condition and free from engravings. A really handsome looking watch that comes complete with a new unworn leather strap in a black colour. Ultra sonically cleaned & Oiled and is running strongly and keeping good time. Size: 25mm without crown, narrowing to 21mm. Total length lug to lug 35mm.
Lovely condition with original dial, a little wear to the backs of the lugs and case opening lip, but otherwise it looks a beautiful watch overall
This watch is perfect both for everyday wear and for adding to the collections. A lovely watch any gentleman would love to wear. Shows no wear-through to the gold. All of our watches are sent out in a presentation box.
