Description

For your consideration is this rare and very enchanting porcelain powder / trinket box, dating to the 1930's , sourced in France. Depicts a flapper girl stood with her companion dog which is tugging on her coat. She's dressed in the fashion of the day with a red cloche hat and fur edged coat. The attention to detail is just wonderful, so skillfully painted, from her slightly blushed cheeks to her creased coat, everything about this piece screams quality and at every angle she looks amazing. Behind the figure is a lidded pot which can be used for powder of trinkets.
Overall in excellent condition, the figure misses a hand and there is a chip the the dogs ear. Priced accordingly.
