For your consideration is this rare 1930s Art Deco Male shop Mannequin head from France. We haven't had one of these before so we are delighted to have sourced this one. This is one of a small quantity of original mannequins we've sourced in Paris.
Made from plaster and life size this is a very impressive piece. Ideal for displaying hats or just displayed on a pedestal. Beautifully detailed and stylized to both the period and homeland. This head is deceptively heavy. The condition is excellent but there is some ware from the base of the neck, nothing unsightly and adds to its charm we feel.
