Description

This is a delightful original black and white ink drawing of two women titled ‘Pride and Prejudice’. The drawing is ink on paper and signed bottom right M. MacPherson.

May Gardiner Nee. MacPherson was an accomplished artist who exhibited between 1914 and 1919 including at the International Society and the Society for women artists.

The painting is highly evocative of the era and is offered in an attractive modern frame. There is a label to the reverse for Paul Liss of Liss Llewellyn Fine Arts.

This painting including frame measures 44.5cm x 24.5cm.
