Description

This large gilt pineapple makes a great centre piece. It is hard to put an exact date on it, it could be as early as the 1960’s or as late as the 1980’s. There is a metal tag around one of the feet that states it is made in Italy. The pineapple on is stand is a cast metal that has been gilt. I am not sure of it’s original purpose, it may have had candle holders on the 3 bars that sit above the largest leaves as there are holes in bars. The pineapple stands at 66cm high and is 46cm across at the widest point of the leaves.

Condition.

The condition is very good. There are some minor losses and wear to the gilding.
We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Any items that are picked up must be paid in cash.
