Description

This is a wonderful original oil painting on board of the finish of a horse race dating from around 1900. I think it is the Epsom Derby though could clearly be another race of the time. Unfortunately the painting is not signed so the artist is unknown. There are no other details to identify the painting other than some chalk auction marks from 1980. The painting is 39.3cm x 20.5cm and is offered unframed.
Condition.

The condition is very good, there are some minor losses around the edges.
