Description

An attractive Victorian burr walnut jewellery box, the edges with a fine ebony band. The top has a shield shaped mother of pearl escutcheon and the front a matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal the fitted interior re-lined in a plush stone velvet, the lift-out tray revealing a further storage area benesth. To the rear of the box a brass button releases the front drawer, also re-lined in velevet.

The tassled key is included but for display only.
