1930s Ornate Vanity Mirror

Description
A beautifully cast 1930s brass vanity mirror, richly decorated with scrolling foliage, floral garlands, and Rococo-inspired detailing. The oval mirror is framed in an ornate surroundings , sitting on a decorative pedestal base with leaf and scroll designs . It would have originally been used as a dressing table or shop counter mirror. The golden brass has developed a natural patina over time, highlighting the intricate raised cast detailing . A fine example of 1930s decorative brassware, both practical and highly ornamental.The frame and base are consistent with 1920s–30s casting, while the plain neck may be a later replacement.
