Description

A lovely Victorian glass dome with wooden base with a novelty Victorian glass windmill decoration.

The glass windmill includes a glass male figure and glass birds on the windmill arms. To the base of the windmill, there are two glass trees, with glass chickens and a glass swan. Additionally there are glass frogs and a newt sitting on a glass pond. The scene is surrounded by snow cotton wool with glitter. The scene is secured to the wooden base of the dome.

The windmill has wear commensurate with its age as indicated in the photographs. Sections of the railing on the windmill are missing and there are holes in the windmill central column. The cotton wool is stained in places. Due to its delicate nature, this item cannot be posted and is available for collection only from Chester.

The dome is 32cm high and 22cm wide.
