Description
From the old collection of Sidney Horne and recently out of a private gentleman's collection in the UK.This particular example was found at Broom Dorset and possibly out of one of the working gravel pits at the time, the majority of his collection came from the early to mid 1920s.
The axe has the typical pear shape and dates circa 270-250BC.
Size - 12.5cm x 8.5cm wide.
