Original 1940's Aluminium Ships Armchair made by Christie Tyler.

A very stylish Art Deco Armchair designed in 1947 by the upholstery company Christie Tyler.

An Aluminium frame with a rocking mechanism at the front underside allowing the hammock seat to recline for comfort it also helps getting out of the seat.

The frame is in good original condition with a few scuff's and marks on the original paint work. The upholstery is in worn condition.

We can cover it in a fabric of your choice this will be at extra cost.
