Description
Early 1930s brass RAC fender associate badge. N6 9059. The badge itself in amazing original condition, no chips or cracks to the enamel union motif. Original mounting bracket with 3 of the original brass nuts and 2 with square washers.The RAC members disc is still in place and dates to 1932. This is signed but not quite legible .
The brass mount was manufactured by D.G Collins Ltd, London producers of badges.
The disc is secured by a wheel design brass plate originally held by 3 screws, one of the holes has been lead soldered leaving 2 remaining ones.
