Here we have a rare 17th century Oak six plank coffer c1690. As you can see the coffer has fantastic colour and patina. There is a single plank top with thumb moulded edge. The top has the original loop and pin hand forged hinges. There is a rare and unusual chip carved decoration front plank with shaped spandrels below. The single side planks also replicate the shaped front spandrels. Single plank to the back and base and in wonderful retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are particularly good being only 99 cm wide 62 cm high and 35 cm deep.
