Description

An 18th Century Oak Rent Box of through dove-tailed jointed construction.

The rectangular lid with applied edge moulding on iron strap hinges.

Fitted with three iron locks one to the front and one each side with pierced brass escutcheons and gilt brass swing handles on winged back plated to the sides.

The interior fitted with a till above three small drawers to one end.

Standing on low bracket feet.

Dimensions are - 11" (28 cm) high, 22" (56 cm) wide, 11½" (29 cm) deep.
