Description

Late Victorian period low country armchair in original classic upholstered floral carpet moquette and rich burgundy velvet with gold piping and a pink scroll trim edge detail. Sitting on short turned mahogany legs with original ceramic castors, matching the detail of the turned arm supports and back.
Unrestored, solid and sturdy condition, but fabric has obvious signs of wear consistent with its age. Some of the show wood does have minor damage.
