Description

A Charles 11 carved oak table top deed box decorated with geometric patterns and roundels.
Circa 1670.
37cms wide,depth 30,height at rear 32,height at front 27.
In good general order for its age.

A new replacement strip in hinge area at back of top.Probably a 18/19th cent. repair.
Hinges probably replaced at the same time.Lock mechanism itself not present.
