SUPERB pair of early patented GUNMETAL handled tailors shears by T. WILKINSON & SONS, SHEFFIELD. These are heavy, top quality, by the best maker. Stamped PATENT on one side. Slight pitting to the metal but otherwise very good for their age. Perfectly useable. 7" long blades. Gunmetal or brass handled examples are much rarer than the more normal all metal examples.SIZE 13" long overall
