Description

Good early Victorian alabaster / marble column or pedestal of large size. The unusual thing about it is it breaks down into seven seperate pieces and it can only be put back together one way so you can't put it together wrong. When its all together it is very sturdy because of the way it has been made. Nice classical design and shape.

The overall condition is pretty good but there are a few chips here and there and one larger chip to one of the small sections, this could be repaired or as I have done just turn it round to the back.

Would look fantastic with a bronze on top of it.

SIZE 45" high, the top is 12" each way, the base is 15" each way.
