Description
FINE early 19th century Georgian framed childs sampler. This is a very nicely done example with various pictures including flowers, birds, trees, house abd fruit basket. It has one of the most morbid and sad verses at the bottom I have ever seen on a sampler. In fact it is so morbid it is actually quite amuzing.Made by JANE MORRIS. AGED 12. JUNE 24th 1813.
Basically pretty good for age and not too faded. Nice frame also.
