A lovely late Victorian period carved mahogany bonheur du jour, or ladies writing desk. Well constructed in solid mahogany and embellished with crisply carved decorations throughout. The superstructure with mirrors and a cupboard (opens to reveal a shelved interior). The table with a single drawer and fitted with a sumptuous green leather writing surface. All standing on elegant cabriole legs. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
