Buchanan and Laing (Prima Finds)

Description

Dating to approximately 1950, this is an Ercole Barovier oblong etched and mirrored glass cocktail serving tray. It has the signature Murano Venetian glass rope twisted gallery and gold tone cast brass handles. (Please note the mirror is not black it is normal silvered colourless glass, the photography has been taken with a black studio background)

This vintage tray is in first class condition, so often they suffer from mishandling , but there are no chips, almost no evidence of use, there are a couple of surface scratches, we emphasise though these are truly minor. The photos show a tiny area of aging to the mirror back, again very minor. The gilt handles do show normal age/use wear but still are in fine condition, they are not as new and have not been refurbished. This is an original and in original condition commensurate with age.
