Description

An ebonized George III secretaire bookcase, which dates from the late 18th to early 19th century. This unusually compact and well-proportioned example functions well for display and storage. With two tall upper astragal glazed doors enclosing four shelves, over two drawers. The lower section of this two-piece unit utilises deck moulding for additional stability and bracket feet below.
