An extremely large set of 19th Century Victorian merchants scales of thought to have been manufactured by Carlisle. The set includes the original and complete set of weights, in their original box. The brass column mounted in the cast iron footed base stands at an imposing height of 131cm high and have a cross beam span of 112cm. The large brass pans have a 20cm diameter.DateMid Victorian :
